Privacy Policy

We only receive personal information when you choose to send it. That happens in two places:

• Contact form: your name, email address, selected topic and message. We use it to reply to you.
• Access requests and lead capture: your email address and chosen username. We use them to confirm your address and to contact you about access to the intelligence environment.

We do not ask for, receive or store broker credentials, trading account passwords, payment card details or identity documents.

Access requests use double opt-in. After you submit your address we send a single confirmation email; your address is only added to our contact list once you click the link in it. If you never confirm, the pending record is not used for communication.

To keep the signup forms usable we record limited technical information when a form is submitted: a one-way hashed form of your IP address and email address, the time of the attempt and the outcome. The hashes let us apply rate limits and spot automated abuse without storing your raw IP address alongside it. We also log the requested path when a visitor reaches a broken or redirected URL, so we can repair navigation.

The website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We use browser storage for things that only work in your own browser:

• Academy progress: completed lessons, knowledge-check answers, assessment results and your capstone plan are stored locally in your browser, not on a per-user account.
• Interface preferences: such as performance mode and your cookie-notice acknowledgement.

Clearing your browser storage clears this data, including Academy progress.

• hCaptcha: protects the signup forms from automated submissions. Its challenge runs in your browser and is verified on our server.
• Email delivery: confirmation, notification and contact emails are delivered through our hosting platform's email service.
• Hosting and database: the site and its stored form submissions run on our managed cloud hosting and database provider.
• Google Fonts: typefaces are loaded from Google's font service when a page renders.

We do not sell, rent or lease your information, and we do not share it with advertising networks, brokers or liquidity providers.

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to answer you and maintain a record of the enquiry. Access-request records are kept while your interest is active or until you ask us to remove them. Abuse-prevention records are short-lived and used only for rate limiting.

Traffic to the site is encrypted in transit with TLS. Server credentials and API keys are held as protected server-side environment variables and are never exposed to the browser. Administrative views of submitted leads are restricted, show masked email addresses and record an audit entry when they are viewed or when a confirmation email is resent.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from any email we send using the link in that email. To make a request, email lab@traderlabhq.com or use the contact form.

If this policy changes we update this page and revise the effective date below. Material changes will be described here rather than applied silently.
