1. Scope
TraderLabHQ™ is a technology and education provider. It supplies market context, decision support and workflow structure. It does not connect to your broker account, place orders, manage capital or synchronise trades. Any order you place is placed by you, in your own trading platform, at your own risk.
2. Connectivity and latency
- Network conditions: Markets move in milliseconds. Internet routing, device performance, browser conditions and third-party service latency can delay what you see on screen relative to the market.
- No execution guarantee: Because TraderLabHQ™ does not execute orders, it cannot guarantee fills, spreads, slippage or order routing. Those are determined by your own platform and broker.
3. Data accuracy
- Third-party market data: Prices and market figures shown in the interface originate from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, revised or temporarily unavailable. Do not rely on them as an official record.
- Demonstration interfaces: Some interface surfaces are product demonstrations. Where telemetry values are illustrative they are labelled as demonstration data and must not be read as audited live performance.
4. Availability and change
- Outages and maintenance: The environment may be unavailable due to maintenance, hosting incidents or third-party failures. It should never be a single point of dependency in your process.
- Development status: Capabilities are labelled LIVE, BUILDING or FUTURE. Features marked BUILDING or FUTURE are not available yet and their scope, timing and behaviour may change.
5. AI and model limitations
- Assistive, not authoritative: AI-assisted analysis, structural mapping and contextual summaries can be incomplete or wrong, particularly around news, thin liquidity or unusual volatility. Every conclusion is yours to verify.
- No predictive claim: Nothing in the environment forecasts future prices, and no past or illustrative result implies future outcomes.
6. Platform interoperability
TraderLabHQ™ is MT4 & MT5 compatible in workflow terms: it is designed to sit alongside your existing terminal. It is not an account connection, bridge or synchronisation service, and it requires no broker credentials.
